About me
In my current role at Simplicity, I play an active part in shaping the product experience, particularly within LifeLink. I collaborate with internal team members and agents to identify platform issues, while working closely with developers to troubleshoot and communicate updates. This hands-on involvement has given me a clear understanding of how products function in real-world use, and how thoughtful, user-centered design can meaningfully improve that experience.
My background in design began with visual projects like posters and professional photography, and has since evolved into a passion for creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences. I’ve worked on app and responsive web projects using tools like Figma, Canva, and Squarespace, collaborated directly with clients, and contributed to fast-paced design sprints during my internship on an AI-driven app.
I believe the best design is invisible, and should work to work to create a solution for everyone. I bring a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong awareness of how small improvements can create meaningful impact, making me a thoughtful and reliable addition to any UX-focused team.
